“Ye” – Kanye West

1. I Thought About Killing You

The first track from this album, and the first that comes to mind is, this is the Ye we are used to. The "College Drop Out" and "Dark Twisted Fantasy" Kanye. Definitely it is a bit off with him talking about wanting to kill himself but others but explaining that its a form of loving himself.

2. Yikes

The album starts to get a bit good with this second track. The flow I'm a fan of. Let me say this before I forget to. Kanye has not producing is really something else. To think that he really produced the beats. But the song makes you wonder if he's speaking on his fragile time dealing with his addition to opioids but also speaking on mental issues as well as trust issues.

3. All Mine (Ft. Ty Dolla $ign & Valee)

Again, the beat draws me in even when I don't want to. It makes your head bop, and makes you make the ugly face when a beat just feels like its massaging your soul.

4. Wouldn't Leave (Ft. Jeremih, Ty Dolla $ign & Young Thug)

Ok this one is a bit personal it seems about his relationship and the way he would voice his opinions that would have an effect on not only his brand but his wife's and the fear of negative that could come from it but her willingness to stay with him regardless. Ok YE!!!!! Ok KIMM!!! I see ya.

5. No Mistakes (Ft. Charlie Wilson & Kid Cudi)

This 5th track is definitely him saying that some things and decisions he's made may have seem not very smart and unorthodox but it was no mistake. He speaks on his debt but speaks on how he's not financially limited as he was during that difficult time. Props to the beat again.

6. Ghost Town (Ft. 070 Shake, John Legend & Kid Cudi)

Honestly, If I can be honest with this track. It makes no sense to me or it's best said that it doesn't quite resonate with me. But it does seem like he was just in a flow when making this. As if there was just a certain vibe in the studio when recording this.

7. Violent Crimes (Ft. DeJ Loaf, Nicki Minaj & Ty Dolla $ign)

This last one, I love the vocals for the chorus. And this one is definitely powerful. It will definitely connect to fathers, that actually concerned with their kids that is. Its always a fear of a father that someone will treat his daughter the same way he treated someone's else daughter.
